Have you tested GPU-Z with Stardock Fences? Maybe that is the problem, I have it on both computers. I have the same issue on my main desktop PC + my laptop. The hash matches, so this is the same un-altered file! Now, ANY idea why I get this problem not just on ONE PC, but two? To re-enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose Enable Fences' I tried restarting my PC and even uninstalling and re-installing Fences but I continue to get this. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled. More: Nope, disabling MSSE does not change the problem - trying to change the icon still says there is no icon in the EXE file.
